Values and Beliefs about Coaching:

I believe with my Coaching support my clients can elevate their consciousness, potentialize their organic strengths, develop impactful, sustainable and all-inclusive strategies globally, and deepen their listening to include their whole being (body-mind-spirit)”

I use psychometric assessment to focus on gaining clarity of individual goals, growth potential, awareness of personal strengths and values and utilizes the latest research from behavioural science and positive psychology.

During my interactions in coaching sessions, I listen for the unsaid to provide an opportunity for clients to surface and express their beliefs. I believe there is not just one way to coach and it is very important to enable the clients to make their own choices. I support my clients howver i also challenge them when things dont add up. 

The more voice and choice an individual has, the more buy-in they have, to make a positive transformation and the ultimate transition.

Executive coaching for leadership effectiveness

Minimum 6 months coaching intervention with atleast 2; 60 mins coaching sessions per month in the first 4 months followed by one session each month for the last 2 months.

The first chemistry session is exclusive of the 10 session where the initial getting to know the objective and the ask is established along with indentification of the overall Goals and success measures.

Per session Cost :Rs.12000/- 

Strategic thinking and Growth mindset for Organizational Development:

This coaching engaement typically works when there is a strategic organizational direction change that needs to be implemented across the organization. If need be there is also stakehiolder centered coaching with the top stakeholders of the orgainzation coming together for alignemnt on the growth intitiative.

Transition Coaching:

This coaching engagement works in situations where the coachee needs to be supported in the event of a role change ( laterally or vertically). This is a shorter intervention that comprises the coachee first 100 days in the new role. Coaching timelines can be extended if need be post the 100 day review.

3 months coaching intervention with 2; 60 mins coaching sessions per month.

The first chemistry session is exclusive of the 6 session where the initial getting to know the objective and the ask is established along with indentification of the overall Goals and success measures.

Per session Cost :Rs.12000/- 

Team Coaching:

Team coaching is a six-month-process that develops a team’s capacity to continuously improve its ability to deliver sustainable and inspired high performance.

Focusing on attaining a clear set of business outcomes; It has a clear purpose which is aspirational, specific and serves to motivate a team’s direction.It includes providing tools for a team to continue enhancing its performance beyond the team coaching process. It holds the team’s members mutually accountable for taking action while
building capacity in both the human relations and procedural (task) aspects of teaming
Taken collectively, these guiding principles ensure that by the end of the team coaching process, the team has achieved a measurable business impact and cultivated the self-sufficiency to steer its own ongoing development.

9-12 months of engagement timeline with one session per month.

Total number of people in the team coaching cannot exceed 6.

Persession cost : 25000/-

I understand what transition means in life. Its not easy specially when you are doing it on your own. I know this because i transitioned from my role as a mum to a independent professional who not just helped herself but along the way was able to facilitate and enable a whole lot of others to be their confident independent professional selves.
