I’ve worked for over 25 years in the tech industry in various functional roles such as Business Development, Recruitment, Operations management. During this time, I coached & mentored IT professionals in getting their next job or project. For those who were on projects, I mentored them to accelerate their growth.
Around 2007, I started conducting workshops for job search success at the SHRM Central NJ chapter, Edison Job Corps and volunteered at mentoring events organized by the NJ Chamber of Commerce. These interactions led to paid coaching engagements with professionals who were looking for their next job or their next level of success in their current organization.
