My coaching is intuitive by nature. There is no specific framework so each clients journey is uniquely tailored to them.
Sessions are 1 hour, and are held every two weeks as part of my 6 months to bloom package
All of my coaching services are provided via an online platform in the form of video calls
This work is very personal to me as I have gone through some major transformations within myself. I grew up with crippling anxiety and forged my own path of exploration in an attempt to heal my own life. The knowledge and experience I have gained along the way is what enables me to share this work with you and completely relate to you in the process.
