Issues such as stress, psychological issues, dissatisfaction at work, lack of purpose in life, all contribute to unhappiness, poor health, and disconnect with the mind and body. I focus on enhancing the Mind-Body connection and making you happy through three interconnected areas to heal in harmony: Self Discovery, Mind-Body, and Community.

Discover Yourself: More than 60% of people are dissatisfied with their occupation. Everyone has a unique social talent linked to their Dharma and often goes ignored due to social pressures such as need for material gains, “stability” in life, social approval, and lack of a place to discover yourself. I help people realize their Dharma through time tested methods.

Healthy Mind-Body: Many follow the latest trending diet, attend flashy gyms, but few give attention to working out the most vital organ in our body, the mind. I implement meditation in our sessions to help you tap the universal power for unlimited possibilities in your life, within a unique range that only you are made for. Furthermore, our sessions include focus on common psychological issues that prevent an enjoyable life. To tap our highest potential, we must overcome 2 to 3 psychological challenges ingrained within us. Subsequently, we can unlock our universally inspired talents and provide society the best of ourselves.

Serve the Community: Mahatma Gandhi once said, “The Best Way to Find Yourself is to Lose Yourself in the Service of Others”. You are encouraged to fulfill your inner calling by serving the community using your unique talent.
