I work with men to determine the fears, limiting beliefs and shame that is holding them back. By utilizing various exercises, we develop a clear vision for their life. We work to create action plans that align with the vision and then I keep the clients accountable to their plan. Career goals typically consist of getting a promotion, new job, or raise. 

I focus my coaching on improving 3 areas that will benefit the client no matter what their goals is. Creativity, Connection, and Constant Improvement are critical to ones ability to get over fear and shame and start taking steps forward to their goal. Clients often don't see themselves as "creative" but as we walk through it together, they develop a sense of creativity that can be used in any career. We also focus on connections and relationships. Improving their ability to connect to others helps the client to feel a sense of community around their goal. That the goal is bigger than they are and that they have the power to make a difference. Lastly, the constant improvement comes out of my experience in process improvement. I want clients to understand that the work is never complete. They must seek to keep improving themselves, learning and motivating others.

I offer One-On-One coaching in person to those in the Central Coast area of California or via zoom to clients anywhere.

I offer online coaching packages ranging from 1-6 months depending on the goals of the client. We meet over zoom and I am available via email and social media channels for between session coaching.

I offer group Leadership, Executive, and Business coaching with groups of up to 10 individuals. Group sessions can be held anywhere from 1 to 4 times per month depending on goal focus.

I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix. Even though I was in the IT field, I pursued a business degree in order to balance my skills and education. This balance enabled me to provide solutions in various areas of the organizations I worked and allowed me to better communicate the problems and solutions to all of my team members. Most of all, I enjoyed the coaching opportunities it allowed me to be a part of. I was able to help coach and mentor other managers, supervisors, and employees by building strong relationships with those in all levels of the organization.

Depending on the modality, frequncy, focus and goals, fees can range from $90 to $3000. For example, a monthly group session for Leadership or Business would be $90 per group member. One-On-One Life, Leadership, or Business coaching typically would consist of a 6 week package for $2400. Executive packages are also available.
