About me
I am a Certified Professional Coach and a graduate of Coach U's Core Essentials Program. I have training in Positive Psychology from MentorCoach LLC, and am an active member of the International Coach Federation.
I offer support to creative and motivated people who are going through life transitions and want to make real positive change happen in their lives.
The most important values to me are Trust and Integrity...and surrounding myself with good friends and positive people. Clients who know me well say I am honest, creative, compassionate and a good listener.
I am a spiritual person at heart with a keen intuition and curiosity for what brings people happiness and a meaningful life. Passions and dreams often become submerged under the pressures of everyday stress. When people are inspired to be their most authentic selves they begin on an amazing forward journey toward personal growth. The outcome they really want becomes clear and not what they've been told to do by others.
As a librarian and piano teacher, I dedicated myself to servicing others so they might unleash their creativity and potential. That led to my transition into professional coaching. As a classical musician and writer, I am inspired by beauty and excellence and a sense of what brings out the joy, creativity and inspiration in others.
What I value most is helping my clients dispel with fears and uncertainties enabling them to move forward quickly, to their full potential. When your actions stem from your faith, are authentic and reflect your life purpose you will find meaning and fulfillment in everything you do.

Our first session is free, and all sessions are completely confidential. I also offer introductory and special package rates for new clients, and we discuss this during our first session.
