When my son was about five years old, he asked me a question that would forever change the course of my life.

He asked, "Mom when you were a little girl did you ever used to laugh?I felt paralyzed as I stopped to think about how to answer that question.

Struggling for an answer made me wonder if I had become so consumed with the stresses of life that I had forgot to laugh? What were the thoughts or experiences that held me bound and kept me from being happy? And more importantly, what was I teaching my child and those around me about me?

The tragedy of losing my best friends, my mother and identical twin sister, had made me feel lost in a big world fighting for hope.

But, from that day forward, I vowed to commit to creating a happy life that is no longer consumed with stress but filled with happiness and laughter.

And it is an honor to help you do the same. 

Happiness is knowing who you are. Loving who you are. Elevation and teaching the world how to treat you.

The pillars of happiness are self-love, self-care, a positive mindset, personal development, stress reduction and a healthy self-esteem
