Before that, I was a Product Manager at Capital One, where I led teams to launch products and features that increased Capital One’s revenue by millions of dollars and improved the credit card dispute experience for millions of customers. I've advanced strategic initiatives at various organizations including creating algorithmic and AI products at VIZIO that dramatically improved data accuracy, advising Bay Area Rapid Transit on multimillion-dollar transit station improvements, and doubling the reach of a $120,000 Google Ad Grants campaign for a digital health nonprofit.
