As a private transformational coach, my specialty is helping people reaching their full potential. My tools of engagement are handpicked from many sources including mindfulness practice, radical self-care, dream work, breath and body awareness, the discipline and craft of acting and writing, nature-based ritual and vision quest experience, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy skills-building techniques, and 12-Step principles and Improvisation (whose basic philosophy is saying “yes, and…” to a healthy life.)

Years ago, I coined the term "the final eight" to describe the mysterious and demoralizing phenomenon of failing in sight of the finish line. Driven by the powerful secret that not all of us wants what we think we want—and for good reason—I was inspired to develop a host of online and offline breakthrough immersive courses, masterclass intensives, and tailored group coaching modules. My coursework is designed to reveal and release your hidden inner conflicts that can block your ability to achieve your goals whether it's career, relationships, financials, health, and/or personal growth.

At the heart of my commitment to the life-changing techniques I teach and practice is my devotion to accessible overall wellness, inspired by my mentors Drs. Hal & Sidra Stone. While I provide ongoing training for individuals, groups, and organizations, I am excited to also offer FREE educational opportunities.
