I've helped new entrepreneurs with stress management, allowing them to create strategies and systems to eliminate feeling overwhelmed.

I've worked with individuals coming out of long term relationships take the steps necessary to go through the healing process. 

I've also worked with customers who were trying to find happiness and didn't know where to start.

Most of my coaching session are through the Zoom video platform. I like to provide alot of exercises and video content to make things more practical. I like my clients to feel stress free and comfortable during our sessions, so in some cases we may do some breathing and/or meditation exercises before we begin our coaching experience. 

Our initial consultation will be a free 20-30 minute discovery call to have a better understanding of your needs and make sure we are a good fit for one another. I offer both monthly and biweekly sessions. Monthly sessions are $130/month. Biweekly sessions are $197/month.

Both packages include unlimited access to me via a coaching app that my clients recieve access to. They would also inculde a flight assessment where we would understand your stregnths and potential blind spots, using them to customize your coaching experience.

I feel as if I'm a natural born life coach. I've always been a really patient person and great listener. People would naturally gravitate to me and value the advise that I would give. I worked in a hospital setting for 15 years unhappy. 2019 I decided to take the action steps necessary to fix my situation. I learned more about coaching, got certified and decided to spend the rest of my life doing something I was passionate about doing.
