I help high-achieving women ditch perfectionism, embrace their wild nature and live lives of freedom and wellness. I guide women to reconnect with themselves and find what truly makes them happy and embody that energy every day of their lives. I support women to a feeling of deep worthiness, self-compassion and self-love and encourage them to fearlessly pursue their goals. 

I work 1:1 with women who struggle with mindset issues such as limiting beliefs and negative thinking. I help them stop procrastinating and ditch perfectionism and overwhelm in order to live truly fulfilling lives. I especially love working with ambitious women who are driven to make their dreams a reality.

I currently work with people 1:1 online. It is possible to book single sessions, but I also offer coaching programs and packages to make sure that my client's needs are fully met. 

I've been working as a coach for the last four years and I've helped dozens of women overcome their limiting beliefs and negative thinking. I help them rewrite their old stories to create one that supports them in achieving the ultimate goals and visions.

I've helped dozens of women become the living embodiment of the visions that they have in their heads. I've guided and supported them to love themselves deeply and hold them accountable to going after their biggest dreams. My coaching is built on the foundation of mutual respect, constant evolution and deep accountability.
