Of all my coaching, I enjoy relationship coaching and confidence coaching best. People in difficult relationships, most times but not always, suffer with confidence issues.
I will always be present when coaching and I will always be your "go to" when you feel stuck. I have been there and I know what the heck it is to feel trapped in your body because your mind is somersaulting through various loopholes in your brain because you cannot see the 'light at the end of the tunnel'.
I have also been hard-pressed emotionally in a relationship that was kind of stuck between lies and disaster. Figuring out where I needed to be has given me the confidence to rise and assist clients with the same, soul-searching relationship and confidence issues.

I love coaching with discussion, no I am not a therapist.
I have clients work through tools and I ALWAYS give you goal setting homework to do.
I love to be practical, as much and as often as I can so, you will use pictures, pens etc to build your NEW YOU.
I offer 90 coaching hours to anyone who needs to get unstuck in a relationship or in a 'mind game' that you keep playing with yourself.
These coaching hours only work if you put in the time to explore the different modules of discussion and the various tools used to assist you.
Your commitment is 150% to getting you to where you need to be and my commitment matches yours because we are a team.
I offer group coaching to discuss topics that need addressing and that need more than one opinion. Here we 'coin ideas' that we implement in personal/online or ongoing training sessions.
My group coaching sessions are short and crunched because there are usually 10 or more participants and we grab ideas that are interesting, relevant and on point for everyone.
We learn, play and just enjoy unwinding as these sessions are used to determine personal/online or ongoing training sessions.
This is client dependent based on what coaching the client has in mind. Usually, this is for life and work/life balance coaching or goal coaching sessions.
Most of my career was spent doing administration. At a late age, I realized that I wanted and needed something more fulfilling.
I took on my courses to become certified and well, it happened and how thrilling it was to realize that I qualified.
An even more interesting fact, is that I have been coaching on a spiritual level so, I was technically already fulfilling my dream, just without getting recognition.
For upwards of 30 years, I have been coaching people to be more positive and more pro-active in achieving their life goals and now, I get the recognition as a coach because I am certified, duh!
This is not a career or a profession for me, this is who I am and what I would like to see more of in this messed up world.
I am a romantic, a go-getter, a goal setter and a whole lot more.
