Carol Lawrence has been coaching executives for over 15 years in all industries and levels. She worked with a global HR consulting firm for 8 years, before starting her own practice in 2008. She has created internationally executed career development programs for Fortune 50 companies as well as tailor made programs for small businesses. Leveraging her experience with all functions and disciplines, Carol effectively has helped executives and senior executives focus their career management and transition choices.

Flat hourly fee for consultation. Resume Development is same hourly rate.
