I am 3 times trained in NLP and also Coach using a very effective technique called wingwave coaching which works to dissolve subconscious barriers that prevent you from achieving success.
I am a Life Coach and Business Coach in Brighton and Hove. Specialist in the area of self-esteem and confidence, whether you want help in changing and reframing negative self talk or want to feel more powerful in marketing to your clients, I can help.
I work with clients to dissolve detrimental patterns of behaviour and boost self worth with gentle guidance and support. I use my own carefully designed framework to assist you in your journey to success. As well as one-to-one coaching I use NLP and wingwave® techniques to gently remove any detrimental habits or behaviours that are stopping you from achieving what you want.

OFFERINGS
PRIVATE COACHING
My one to one fees vary and I have a variety of packages on offer. For block bookings I offer a 5% discount. I offer concessional rates if you are a student or unemployed and a discount to those on lower wages.
How Sessions Work:
For face to face sessions I am based at the Uniquely Organic Eco Spa Hove and also at The Rooms in Worthing. I also offer email, telephone and Skype coaching depending on your requirements.
In the initial consultation you can ask me any questions you like. There is no need to commit to anything straight away.
