Hi, I’m Cassandra.
I’ve been to the bottom and climbed back out of the dregs of despair. I can relate to your pain, your fear, your inner turmoil and self-doubt. I’ve been there. I was poisoned at the age of 31, spent seven straight years housebound, rarely seeing anything outside the confines of one bedroom, bed-ridden for three of those years, and experiencing pain in every square inch of my body, every single day. I had nerve damage that made it impossible for my eyes to hold focus without terrible pain, and lay for three years with my eyes closed most of the time. I was completely disconnected from the outside world. And you know what saved me? My deep connection to my soul, my ability to meditate and stay connected to my true self. It gave me the strength to get through the worst possible pain you can imagine, for seven years, and come out of it more empowered than ever. You know what this experience taught me? It taught me that it is okay to be vulnerable. And through that acceptance that vulnerability is okay, I engaged with people in a new way, and decided to make it my life’s work to empower others. I am your listener, your champion, your coach, your guide, urging you to embrace a new way of thinking, new beliefs about self, and a willingness to reach for your dreams. From relationships to business to your own personal connection to your soul, I am here to offer perspective and hope.
