Through my travels and experiences, I have found there has been one common thread - helping people understand their needs and then provide the services that are best suited for my client that satisfy their need.
I have held my clients’ hand through the entire real estate transaction offering commitment, expertise and many times working together for months before finding that perfect home, selling that commercial property or purchasing land. I enjoyed fostering and nurturing those relationships throughout the process and then enjoy celebrating the victory when they finally achieve that goal that we set together!
I sat with families who had to make difficult decisions regarding their aging parents and healthcare derivatives. These were emotional and sometimes painful times for my clients and I found comfort in guiding them through these decisions with compassion and empathy.
I also worked with graduate students in a major university helping them understand the new residency program they started. I would counsel them as they dealt with training concerns and imposter syndrome as they take on this new role from medical school training to a residency position for what would be, a lifelong career.
What I realized I loved about all these roles was personally engaging with others on deeper level and connecting and coaching others during a time of significant and life changing decisions. These wonderful experiences provided me with an opportunity to help people maneuver the sometimes treacherous waters of life to safely get to the other side - reaching their goal.
It was the culmination and reflection of those times that I realized my potential and higher purpose is to lead others in activating their own personal power so they can create a life and business that’s fulfilling and rewarding.
As a coach, I partner with my client to identify goals that important and a desire to achieve them. Through active listening and coaching, we navigate through known and sometimes unknown obstacles. We identify a plan, goals to achieve at each step to aid in the confidence in knowing that beliefs and values will guide us in the right direction for our lives.
My clients achieve results and feel a sense of purpose, authentic and have a better understanding of who they are and steps to take to get to their desired destination and to stay there!
With my program, together would will prioritize goals that matter to you, identify past known and sometimes unknown obstacles and turning road blocks into stepping stones and that begin moving you closer towards accomplishing that desired outcome.
I can understand it can be difficult to take that first step or sometimes not knowing where to begin. The first step is knowing that you are worth it..your time, your energy, your resources. The best gift you can give someone is your authentic self and by taking care ourselves first, then sharing ourselves with others. When we live our best lives in pursuing our passion in the midst of challenges, we can embrace the joy and happiness which flows through us to others around us.
I offer a complimentary consulation to meet with clients to find out more about what they are looking for and how my coaching services may be able to help. I offer 1:1 coaching sessions for one hour ask that my clients commit to at least 4 coaching sessions from the start to help identify needs, desires, and then build step by step action items. Within four sessions my clients see growth, movement in their life and ways of thinking what might be possible. Most clients add on additional sessions as needed to help them achieve their ultimate goal.
I also offer 6 week and 3 month packages.
I offer online coaching to make it easy for my clients to be comfortable in their own space and relaxing in casual attire.
I offer 1:1 coaching sessions and packages for 4, 6 or 12 weeks, after a free consultation to speak about the services I can offer and what my client is looking to achieve to ensure it's a good match.
Offering group coaching sessions on topics of interests, like burnout, managing difficult coworkers and leaders, and how to build a solid CV and cover letter that stand out.
I have been in the healthcare and corporate environments for over 25 years. During that time I coached many clients to an array of big changes in their lives from career, home and even healthcare considerations. LIfe can be hard and when there is a partner involved to help navigate life's challenges, it can seem more manageable and that you an active team player who's goal is to help YOU win in life.
I truly enjoy helping people discover their best self and it is a very rewarding career and coaching practice for me. When you love what you do, it flows naturally and I have found my niche and I wake up happy every day thinking how I can help someone else get to this same destination.
