I've been a social worker for about 25 years, and have had my masters degree for the last fifteen, working with problems as diverse as addiction, teens, and Traumatic Brain Injury. My passion however , is life coaching. Whether you are stuck in pursuing that goal or dream, coping with overwhelm or stress, or battling issues specific to ADHD, I would welcome an introductory session to discuss how we can work together on coping with those issues and ,making those dreams a reality.
