Life coaching is an on-going professional relationship that will allow you to discover your goals, zone in on the steps needed to make your goals and dreams achievable, explore potential within you that you never knew you had, and break free from emotional and physical bondage. Broken down into a group of sessions, coaching will give you the freedom of time and space to explore what you really want from life. We will achieve this through the questioning and challenging skills of the coach and will result in you setting yourself actions at then end of each session that will bring you another step closer to your dreams and goals. As a life coach, I hold you accountable to the changes you want to make while giving unconditional support through the process!

I grew up moving around the beautiful provinces of Canada until a few years ago when I settled down in the lovely city of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan with my amazing husband! Growing up, I was insecure about who I was as a person, confused about what I was meant to do in life and unsure of my place. That paired with a long history of depression and bi-polar in the bloodlines of my family left me constantly feeling stressed and frustrated with a bad temper.That changed for me when I grew into a wonderfully beautiful and personal relationship with Jesus which has changed the course of my life forever! I found who I was in Him, my purpose and calling, how to be free from lifes bondage's and how to have happiness, all the time! I have been in a constant learning phase and my knowledge keeps on growing as I dig deeper into the knowledge, truth and understanding of my walk with Jesus.
