I’ve helped countless people develop and leverage their strengths to find success in their work, and advance their careers. I’ve built and managed teams of all kinds, and have a deep understanding of what makes a successful team, a successful leader, and a successful individual.

Based in Columbus, Ohio I offer a a range of coaching, mentoring, and consulting services, both locally in person, and globally online. In my practice, I bring a project manager’s approach to help my clients create realistic, milestone-based programs to measure and achieve success.
