2. Group Coaching: For groups of individuals that have a common goal. Peer support is an important part of this program’s success.
3. Digital Coaching: You carry out your services by way of a digital platform like Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, or platforms.
4. Package Pricing Models: You create packages of services that could include hourly coaching and other services.
I am the founder of Ashby Alive Marriage and Individual Coaching, coachingpeople seeking relationship renewal, personal growth, business enterprises, and career changes. Ashby Alive Marriage and Individual Coaching has supported individuals and families around the world, in building stronger relationships and personal development leading to clarity and growth for their lives. In addition to earning a BA in organizational leadership, I have diplomas and certificates in pastoral studies, building strong marriages, and group facilitation.
I am a graduate of Coach U’s coaching competency program and am currently enrolled in the Center for Coaching Mastery at CoachVille. My career spans over 40 years in the customer service experience, leading some of the largest and most productive projects and initiatives during her career; from hotels, office building buildings, and Churches, to the Customer Service Program with the USPS. I am also the co-founder of LiteracyNation Inc, a non-profit that supports Independent authors.
12 Steps to Emotional Recovery is my latest work. This is a short book answering some of life’s questions, by seeing perfection in an imperfect world. I developed 12 workshops from this book that asks participants to see themselves in a place self-caring. Participants walk away with better awareness, ready to take better actions, for a better life
