COURTNEY SCOTT

Courtney Scott is a native of North Central Texas, having spent most of her time growing up in the suburbs of Dallas. In her earlier adult years, she lived in Missouri and Hawai'i - both areas that brought a wealth of experience and knowledge about people and culture.

Over the last 22 years, she's worked directly with a multitude of highly respected and award-winning leaders, including Judges, Attorneys, Chiefs of Police, as well as company Executive Vice Presidents, Presidents, and CEOs.  Her experience with these wide-ranging leaders and their respective roles have given her unique insight into what drives and motivates others.  She's created development programs, roadmaps, and reporting systems to help others achieve success as they define it - which is unique to each person.
