Cristian Pérez

My name is Cristian Pérez, I live in Portugal in the middle of a beautiful natural park, where I spent my hours reading about the human mind and working as a Life coach online and off lines in the local retreats. During my spare time, there is a good chance that you would find me close to sea surfing or fishing with friends. 

I was born in the south of Spain, where I studied Marketing. After I finished my studies, I decided to go traveling. I wanted to discover the world, learn languages and know more about different cultures. This is my first memory about meeting myself. Wow¡¡¡ I was impressed with what a nice person I found. This beautiful state did not last long. I met somebody else and I got lost in that relationship and after that relationship in another and another. I totally lost my sense of identity. Yes, I was codependent.  My working situation did not help either, I spent 15 years buying projects for companies thinking that it was what I was meant to do and living unfulfilled.

People's perception of me was that I was a friendly smile, an energetic and motivated person and I did believe them. Until one point that the distance between my actions and my values it was too long. My smile, my energy, and my motivation were only trying to please, the people around me.

After a family tragedy when I was 33 years old. I decided to ask for help from Psychologies, Coaches, and Counselors. Two years later, I took the decision to go and search for this Authentic Cristian who use to live in London a long time ago and I promised myself not to stop until I have reconnected with myself.  This is the point when I said to myself, it has been enough.

I decided not to ignore my past. I struggled with depression, anxiety, dependency, and low self-esteem since I was a child. It was time to take responsibility for myself. I started working in my emotional maturity, decisiveness, consistency, and strength. Guess what? it works¡¡ I discover that I am genuinely playful, energetic, creative and passionate. I started to see each day as a beautiful challenge and I focused myself on a positive outcome while I enjoyed the way. 

I naturally started joining people in their journey, partnering with them throw similar processes. YES¡¡ I was in front of my life purpose. 

So far, my journey has let me work with multiple people, musicians, CEOs, designers, chefs, writers, entrepreneurs,... all of them with different stories. The only thing that remains the same is their will to reach their goals and my creative passion to join them.
