As USMC Veteran, martial artists, actor, model, owner of 3 businesses, I am taking all my life experiences and journies to push women to pick up their crown and place it back on their heads.
I am a certified Goals, Success, leadership, and Empowerment Life Coach. My approach is to combine body and mind into one, while identifying the client's strengths. This approach allows us to identify the growth areas and utilize the strengths to provide growth for those areas. We set goals, objectives, and accountability to reaching goals, a better stronger mindset, and a more positve outlook on life.
We are all born with crowns. Life, situations, and even people can allow our crowns to fall. I will help clients reach milestones that they dreamed of.
Each Session will begin with a mind and body check in. After that we dive completely in with an engaging 50 minute session. The session is total of 1 hour.
-Three Month program(12 weeks) : meeting once a week, with an option of meeting twice a week. There is homework everyweek, availability for questions, free resources, review of homework, and a q&a session each session.
-Six Month program (24 weeks): meeting twice a week, with an option of meeting twice a week. There is homework everyweek, availability for questions, free resources, review of homework, and a q&a session each session. This session is more intenese to really achieve your goals, and to accomplish a more positive mindset.

I am a United States Marine Veteran with experience of mentoring and guiding younger Marines. During that time I started my first business and juggled a home life. At the point of reenlistment, I decided to take the leap back into the civilian world. I moved to a new state without knowing anyone and built another business. As I build my businesses, I still had a desire in my soul that hadn't been met yet, empowering women to placing their crowns back on their heads.
