I specialize in family systems, though my passion does not end there. I have a BA in Human Development and am near to completing my MA in family and community services with a specialization in family life education.
I utilize rational emotive and cognitive behavioral approaches to get you working on changing your thought patterns so that you gain control of your emotions.
Empowering women to reach their potential is my main passion, along with helping people of all genders and orientations and walks of life to overcome challenges and maintain healthy family and peer relationships.

I'm very encouraging and supportive. I will take you seriously, and help you step outside of your perspective to see things in a different light and find new solutions. I use a strengths-based approach, so I let you take the lead and I will be here for guidance and support as much as you are comfortable with. As a coach, I am here to support you, but it's your job to do the hard work.
One-on-one coaching in person. Sessions are 90 minutes long. Packages available.
Don't have time to meet in person? Having trouble making it out of the house? I will meet you online. Weekly, bi-monthy, or packages available.
Families or groups welcome! Group coaching is only available in a 3-session minimum package.

I am a natural helper. People seem to always tell me their stories and confide in me. Friends often come to me for advice. I have a background in early learning and family advocacy. I am nearly finished with my master's degree which focuses on family science and human/family development and support.

3 session courses & group coaching: $300
