I like to coach with activites and video proof of the activities being completed. Some of these activites will require human interactions in these videos which make it fun and exciting. 

All sessions will be 60-90 mins. If we meet in person I would prefer some where quiet like a conference room or library. For an additional fee we can take our out on the water and conduct out session on a boat surrounded by water(VERY RELAXING)

There will be 1-3-6 month packages available that offers guidance and accountability of achieving your goals. I will have pre made self teach plans or custom plans to each individual client. Either way I will be here with you every step of the way to make sure You LEVEL UP in Life

I will be using the Life Caching Hub to track your progress, throughout our journey together.

All sessions will be 60-90 mins. Unlike private sessions, these sessions will be via zoom, all sessions will be recorded for tracking purposes.

1x-2x per month we will conduct a group session open to all clients. 

Each discussion will be educational, and we will offer tips and self growth activities that clients can practice. This is an open floor for discussion as well.

In my young adult hood I ran into some situations that would change my life forever. I overcame all those obstacles with consistency, and choosing to surround myself with better individuals. As I faced those challenges I managed to successfully start a business and graduate college thru it all. 

In 2019 i was in a serious car accident, where my life could have easily been taking if i was 2" to the left in my vehicle. After having my life get major alterations unexpectedly, I realized that nothing is promised. 

So I began telling my story and owning my story with others. Reason being no matter what your dealing with, YOU are responsible of what happens in the future. It's up to you to make the difference. 

I realized tommorow is Never promised so from now on I will use my natural ability to connect with people to changes lives 1 person at a time.

At U.P Coaching our fee structure breaks down:

Per Session: $150

Monthly (1 session/wk) $550 

Monthly (2 sessions/wk) $1000

3 Month Plan

(1 session/wk) $1300

(2 sessions/wk) $2500

6 Month Plan

(1 session/wk) $2400

(2 sessions/wk) $4500

Additional Fees may apply based off clients needs and request.
