Hi my name is Dan Wilson. I have over 10 years of experience helping to developing others in the community and helping them to see and stay on their personal path to success. I am a successful entrepreneur, and currently own 3 businesses, and I credit the Positive Leadership Mindset to my success. All 3 of my businesses are built on a foundation of serving the community and developing others into Leaders.
Our coaching strategies revolve around developing a Positive Leadership Mindset. To Have a positive Leadership Mindset one does not have to be in an official leadership position, it only means that one has developed the character needed to be the leader in their own life, which is the foundation for those looking to be successful at leading others. With our coaching method Clients begin to take control of their life, live with more purpose, and find happiness through successfully accomplishing their goals, and balancing their life.
Coaching can be an exciting experience, and have many benefits. The main benefits to coaching are maintaining balance in all aspects of your life, finding out what makes you happy, understanding which habits hold you back and how to redirect them in a direction that will promote success and happiness, as well as developing a centered understanding of who you are and what you want to become.
Many coaches us an individual coaching model, which can have great results some of the time, and other times can be limited if the clients needs don't match that model. The TodaysKickStart Coaching Team (Including Myself) use hundreds of resources as tools to create a custom coaching model that will match your unique personality and situation.

RESULTS & GOALS
TodaysKickStart helps clients work at the core issues, and in turn helping them to develop the "Positive Leadership Mindset". This mindset is not just how to lead others towards success, but how to lead yourself towards success. Clients will learn what thier "core" goal is, why it is important to them, how to get there, and how to balance their achievments with their personal life, Family, and Career. When Clients begin to develop the Positive Leadership Mindset, then they feel more confidence, self worth, and harmony in their life.
HOW I LIKE TO COACH
I like to coach using a unique model for each client. Many coaches use one method for all of their clients, and sometimes this provides great results, and other times, it can limit the coaches ability to help their clients. Each person is different, so one coaching method doesn't always work. Our coaching is based around the Positive Leadership Mindset (PLM). WE have access to hundreds of tools and models designed to help our clients reach the highest levels of success, and we use all of these tools to create a unique model for all of our clients. Between visit action plans, Self Intervention techniques, Self Exploration, Action Plan development, and goal setting may be incorporated in each coaching session. Sometimes you may even be asked to create a situation that is way outside of your current comfort zone, but many times this type of strategic intervention is the most effective or the only way to reach a breakthrough.

PRIVATE COACHING
Private coaching gives the client a chance to learn how to develop the Personal Leadership Mindset, and use it to reach personal goals. The personal coaching sessions will also help the client to learn to balance all of the priorities in their life, so that all areas become more successful!
We offer specialized Personal, Business, Student, Family and Corperate Coaching programs. Each session will be catered to the individual or group being coached!
ONLINE COACHING
Online coaching is becoming more and more popular and is an effective tool for continued coaching after reaching an initial breakthrough. Even though it is recommended that clients reach a personal breakthrough through private coaching first, we do offer online coaching for everyone even first time clients.
Short courses or group coaching
Family and Team Coaching
Family Coaching can be a great recourse to families who want to learn to support each others need, Grow together in love and harmony, and work as a team to find success as individuals and as a family unit.
Team Coaching is usually utilized by businesses looking to get the most out of their team. Our Team coaching services help Staff, Management teams, or Executives to learn how to work together with synergy. As each member begins to understand what their roles and responsibilities are in the company, and how they can use their strengths to add to the companies success, they begin to be happier, more productive assets to the organization.

Dan Wilson and the TodaysKickStart team also specialize in public speaking and team building. We offer services such as seminars, Team Building, and speaking for special events. Each of these is designed to teach participants how to develop the Positive Leadership Mindset, Use it to accomplish goals and promote proper teamwork, and explain how the proper mindset can help each individual balance all aspects of their life in order to reach greater success in all areas!

I am a successful owner of 3 businesses. I have spent my entire life (since my early teens) developing Motivational and personal development techniques in order to bring out the personal best in myself and my Martial Arts Students. I currently own two very successful Martial Arts Schools, and I have had the wonderful opportunity to guide Several hundred people on a life changing journey of personal and business development. It has been a great honor to have the opportunity to develop and teach so many people, and to watch them grow into the best individuals, business owners and family members that they could be. I decided to unite my years of Martial Arts Personal development experience with the techniques used by success coaches all over the world. My belief is that by combining the philosophies of these two personal development programs, it would have the ability to impact people in an unbelievable way. I am excited about continuing my journey as a self help professional, Motivational and Leadership speaker, Success Coach, and Martial Arts Teacher, and I am even more excited about the opportunity to share this success with my students and clients!
