We all have the potential to live a happy and fulfilled life, but not enough of us do. At some point many of us lose sight of who we truly are, forget what is important and experience problems which we believe are insurmountable. This leaves us feeling like we are stuck in an ever expanding hole, which in many cases to continues to get deeper whilst our problems spiral of control... However the good news is that we all have it within ourselves to get out these situations, we just need someone to help us work out how to.

I have a passion for facilitating personal change… I help people from a variety of backgrounds to overcome their challenges and put the ‘building blocks’ in place to live fulfilled lives. I help them to live life intentionally through increasing their awareness of:-

- Who (not what) they are
- What their limiting beliefs are, and how to eradicate these
- What their core values are
- What steps they need to take to and identify action plans for moving forward (climbing out of the hole).

I genuinely want this to be a better world and the more people I can help the better. I believe that everyone has good intentions, but understand that life presents challenges which result in us sometimes losing sight of these. People just need to be supported, believed in, or have their thinking challenged. A Short Introduction to Me..

I was born in the UK as a second generation immigrant from Jamaica so started life with lots of identity challenges. I grew up with my mother as an only child, and without a father so I also know the feeling of rejection very well. My mother worked very hard to 'make ends meet' but always put me first so I know the meaning of unconditional love.

I spent most of my school years being doubted by my teachers (and even managed to get thrown out of one school), but I Iike a challenge so I surprised everyone with my final high school results!

I had the best life education growing up with lots of interesting people from a variety of backgrounds in one of London's cultural 'melting pots'… I spent my teens and early adult life assembling several groups of friends, however these have changed significantly as I’ve moved through the journey of life.

I have to pinch myself when I think about my professional career. I chose not to go to university, but have had a steep upward trajectory and currently find myself running a large Professional Service group which contains lots of individuals who are far more academically educated than I am. My career has given me opportunities to meet some great people, change my social standing, travel extensively and develop myself whilst also fulfilling one of my biggest passions: helping others to 'grow'.

I have always been keen on giving back because I know that not everyone is as fortunate as I am. I have given monetary donations to various charities since my first pay-check and regularly perform voluntary work. My voluntary work typically sees me helping individuals from underprivileged backgrounds ‘unblock’ problems in their lives and move forward with their careers.
The most recent years of my life have been the best of all. I have met the most amazing women who has given me two wonderful children. My little family is my foundation and everything I do is for them…
I have also discovered myself in recent years.. Not what I am or how I do things, but who I truly am! I would like to share what I have learned which is why I have decided to embark on this journey of Life Coaching… Who knows where it might lead!!
