As an ordained Lutheran minister, I have had the joy and privilege of working with many members of congregations I have served and others who contacted me through a family or friend whom I helped. Often, these persons came to me with spiritual issues, but as the conversation opened up more, I soon realized most of these persons were meeting with me to discuss other issues. These ranged from how to deal with relationships, career advice, personal deveolpment, and many other issues. Around the same time, I hired a coach and found working with her to be of immense help. Because of both having a coach and, in way, coaching congregation members, I began training to be a life coach. Over the years, I have had the joy of working with dozens of people. But even before I "officially" received training in coaching methods - and even before being a pastor - I have lived by the motto: how may I serve and help you? If you are reading this, I ask that same question of you, "How may I serve and help you?' In essence, "what are you seeking and how can I coach you to achieve that objective?" I am have my Associated Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
