I was born and bred in the East End of London and grew up in a tough environment. Despite this i was succesful academically and was one of a few of my year group to attend further education. I spent many years living and working abroad, from Pakistan to Botswana and Vietnam. Returning to the UK, I followed my passion to help others and taught English in a secondary school - at the same time I experimented with a few different businesses and learnt a lot about what works and what doesn't. As with anything there were always valuable lessons to learn. I also began life coaching before the COVID pandemic hit but the world situation put the brakes on that!
Coming out of the pandemic I felt it was time for a new challenge. Leaving my job and starting my own coaching company was the scariest but most rewarding decision I have ever made.
I have been focusing on building my expertise, studying to become a Personal Trainer, Krav Maga instructor, hypnotherapist and finally a business and leadership coach.
This is where my passion lies, and I am now fully committed to helping others make the same huge changes in their lives that I have undertaken in mine.
Fees: from £250 GBP to £500 GBP
For one to one coaching the fee is £250 for the intital session, there is no obligation to continue after that, but that fee is ongoing should you wish to continue (VAT incl)
For business coaching the fee is £500 for the intital session, there is no obligation to continue after that, but that fee is ongoing should you wish to continue (VAT incl)
Each member of a leadership pod (maximum of four) pays £250 per month.
