I partner with my clients as their advocate – someone who ‘gets’ them and shows up for them – and use insightful questioning techniques and cutting-edge coaching tools to help them get past stuck. This process removes barriers to progress, allowing them to tap into their own wisdom, and inspires action that leads to lasting change.

When coaching I engage my clients intuitively and with wisdom. I'm fiercely encouraging and cleverly spontaneous. I provide my clients an atmosphere of possibility and actionability marked by integrity, reflection, light-heartedness, and intentionality. Ultimately, I understand and empathize with my clients, and am the leverage they need to live the life they were created to live.

Raised in a small rural town, I connect with simplicity, family, and hard work. I served nearly ten years in the U.S. Air Force, and worked over fifteen years in corporate, non-profit, and federal organizations as a Program and Project Manager in Training and Development, Facilities and Infrastructure, Real Property, and National Security fields.

Working through challenges and solving problems often comes easy to me. Over the last twenty-five years I've trained, volunteered, and worked with rape crisis centers, women and child abuse call centers, suicide hotlines, substance abuse organizations, orphanages, mental health agencies, and emergency management services. I possess a demonstrated ability to handle critical, life-threatening situations with empathy, clarity, and decisiveness.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Management and Leadership, and my Bachelor’s in Corporate Training and Development. I've also completed one of the most rigorous coaching training programs in the United States, and continue to improve my skills and abilities by researching and developing cutting-edge coaching tools and techniques.

My extensive life and professional experience allows me to empathize with my clients, perceive their challenges, and help them get through their roadblocks and onto the life they were created to live.
