If you have lost someone in your life and grief is sitting heavy in your soul, this is the place you want to be! No matter how or when you have experienced the loss of someone special in your life, these sessions are to share your struggles and memories, as much or as little as you want. We will work through these emotions together!
After the loss of my son, Nickolas, I wondered how I would go on with my life and someday feel “happy” again. For many of us, it takes years to try and find the pathway in this new life we are forced to live! I found that when I was ready, and someone was willing to listen, I would fall into conversation about Nickolas! Every time I talked about him, whatever that looked like, I had a release of pain from each encounter. Over time I realized that the ability to say as much or as little as I wanted helped me process and release emotions that I had lingering in my heart.
Professionally, I have been working as a Registered Nurse with hospice for almost 20 years, becoming my life's work. Engaging in end of life and grief discussions can be a difficult task, but neccessary for us to move forward into a new way of life.
My experience personally and professionaly makes our sessions both unique and powerful.

My hope is to work intimitely with each individual on the journey they are enduring with grief. We process grief uniquely. Sharing the memories and the hardship of our new lives.
LIstening is the key when coaching people during and through our grief journey's. Providing support and encouragement along the way. Allowing the flow of all emotions to be shared in a sacred, safe space is my priority.

I am a Registered Nurse, BSN who has been working with Hospice and Palliative care for 20 years, I have developed and unique skill set for having hard conversation with thousands of families. I am also a grieved mother, who lost her son in 2012. With the combination of my professional and personal experiences, it is my life's goal to help and mentor others who are experiencing profound grief in their lives.
