About me
My vision is to help 1000 people change their life by 2020. I have had a lifelong battle with my weight, low self-esteem, lack of confidence and not achieving my potential. Five years ago, all that changed when I used the techniques I used in my programs to transform my life.
I believe so passionately that everyone is capable of achieving greatness that I decided to develop these techniques into programs to help others to fulfill their potential.
I understand and am non-judgemental about everyone's struggle and I believe that people can change if they are prepared to put the work in to do so.

I do offer one-to-one coaching, group programs and online courses so I am really flexible to how you want to work.
OFFERINGS
PRIVATE COACHING
One-to-one private coaching is carried out through Skype or teleconferencing. If you are local I will consider doing this in person. I only ever work with a few clients at a time so that I can give you my undivided attention.
ONLINE COACHING
Online coaching is carried out where I set online activities and we either coach over email or through Skype.
Short courses or group coaching
I provide group coaching or short courses with or without interaction from me. Groups include no more than 3-4 people so that everyone gets a chance to interact and are conducted through teleconferencing. I also provide short courses with or without interaction with me personally.
Ongoing training
I have a monthly membership Success Formula Programme which takes you weekly through the stages you need to take to achieve success in your life. This takes place over a year and you pay monthly for every month you take part in the programme.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
I am an expert in the field of weight management and have over 25 years of experience in this field as well as nearly 20 years experience working in change management with both businesses and individuals. I have spent the last five years exclusively working with clients to manage lifestyle change and to become skilled weight managers. I am a trained and skilled facilitator.
I have successfully used the techniques I use in my own life to transform myself from being shy, lacking in confidence and depressed into someone who is assertive, confident and able to manage my emotions.
By profession I am an internal auditor, but I changed careers five years ago as I was unfulfilled in my role and wanted to help people be more.
