In 1992, I had a devastating accident that left me paralyzed from the waist down. As a result, I developed agoraphobia (fear of open spaces). I spent the next 3 years, in extreme physical and emotional pain. Life Coaching came to me as a tool to help me overcome the dark place of pain, anxiety and despair I was in. I decided to turn it around and now pay it forward so I went back to school graduated in 2000 with a degree in Pastoral Counseling and became licensed thru the Life Coaching Institute of America. Today, I can be a vessel of healing for many with the same tools I used to help myself overcome pain, fear, anxiety, depression, and even divorce.
By the way, I now have a thriving Coaching practice; I have two emotionally healthy adult sons, two amazing grandsons and I can also walk again!

It's not often in my life that I meet someone so influential. Diana came into my life when I needed it the most. I just got out of a narcissistic marriage. I never even knew the definition of that word before meeting Coach Diana. I just knew that it was a mind-spinning, unimaginable marriage, a true nightmare. I had no clue why my ex-wife did, behaved, and treated me the way she did. I just knew I gave her everything, put her first above everyone, and loved her more than I have loved anyone else. I did my best to please my ex, but nothing was ever enough and the fights were constant. By the end, it was obvious it needed to end but I was so confused as to how and why I got into this mess. I was terrified that that I would let the damage my ex did to me, carry over into any future relationship. Well, I must now tell you, that Coach Diana is amazing. She was so patient, kind, knowledgeable, but also firm. She helped me understand what it is to be in a relationship with a narcissist. What that means and how no matter what I tried I would never change how my ex behaved, or fix, or better the situation. It’s a no-win relationship. I needed to get out. The blessing is I did, but not only that I got out, I am not damaged goods because of it. Coach took her time guiding me through the many stages of the separation to finally divorced and I have come out stronger than ever. My self-esteem, my confidence, and my excitement about the present and future have never been higher. I can not thank Coach Diana enough.
Diana is an amazing coach! She came into my life when I needed her the most. My 11 year old was struggling in school with peer pressure along with other juvenile issues. She’s now a teen and is thriving. Diana was always reliable, understanding, dedicated and very compassionate with my family. I have been working with Coach Diana for about 2 months or so and in that short time I have made such strides in my life.
