The coaching approach is reality based and works on what is happening in the here and now in terms of feelings, thoughts, behaviors, actions and then lead with a inquiry to understand and relate to underlying causes. 

Self Discovery and Self Awareness:
Self Discovery leads to enhanced Self Awareness of ones skills, strengths, values and beliefs.  Nobody can know about the self than the self itself. Self awareness reveals a lot about the what, how and why of feeling, needs, thoughts, perceptions, behaviors and beliefs. This leads to increased awareness of inner and outer reality, fostering acceptance and change.

Compassionate Inquiry:
Inquiry leads one to listen deeply and emphatically to see what is true in our experience and perception and what is not. Being Open, Aware and Curious about experience and perception reveals reality deeply and precisely.

Listening Deeply and Asking Powerful Questions:
The nature of transformation coaching is driven by listening deeply and asking powerful questions to acknowledge their reality and raise self inquiry, self awareness and help the client find their own answers to their challenges and goals. 

Holding Space and Witnessing:

A safe and confidential coaching space is created for honest self expression and empathetic receiving. Silence opens the way for deeper exploration, introspection and reflection. Witnessing the emergence leads to the discovery of beliefs and patterns of behaviour that lie deeper and seeing them from a place of compassionate presence brings resolution and shifts.Becoming and Being:
