Mental Health Coaching
Awareness, Insights, help with anxiety laden issues, trauma care, depressed mood--with someone to provide an objective perspective, you often find lessened depressed mood and or anxiousness will follow. Addtionally, I love to get to the root cause of the surface issues by looking at unconscious motivators!
I am casual in conversation: often I have heard from my clients" sometimes it is just like talking to a frien a fad or a family member! But make no mistake--I am serious about what concerns you, and I am dedictaed to helping people with their thoughts. I know what to do in session !
Our session can vary within your needs--your budget and or alotted time: I work/bill in 15 minute increments making it easier if you are on a budget--ranging from a 15 minute check-in, to a full hour session. We can make it work together!
Remote sessions only
Not only am I clinically trained in the behavioral sciences--I am also a client, a survivor, a warrior for overcoming mental health challnges alongside my fellow warrior-clients that show up and face their fears, pains,--I also get to witness the trimuphs.
I am a warrior for trauma-PTSD, as I too have the seen those difficult times and struggles because of the anxiety and the fear! But I am here to offer HOPE...because there is room for improvment and there IS light at the end of the tunnel.

15 minutes= $10
30 minutes =$20
45 minutes=$30
60 minutes=$40
Consultations
up to 30 minutes= $35
31 to 60 minutes= $50
