About me
Donna is a Certified Professional Coach, with a Bachelors in Psychology. With a love for photography, Donna went further with her education and received Certification as a Trainer for Points of You, a company that uses phototherapy tools and techniques to show clients their situation from a different perspective, which allows change to happen. Donna believes everyone has control of how they want their life to be. Sometimes there are obstacles that get in the way and prevent us from achieving our goals. Donna is trained and skills in areas that will help us get there.

HOW I LIKE TO COACH
Donna prefers to coach her clients one-on-one. Using phototherapy, Donna is able to have her clients dig deeper within, and pull out their "wants" and "don't wants". Goals are set at the end of each session, and Donna keeps her clients on track of their goals with follow ups.
