PRIVATE COACHING
Coaching in person in London, East England and Bristol (contact me for other locations) and over Skype.
In my coaching I want to give you as much space to express yourself as you need. I am there to give you my full attention, to hear you out and to challenge you to take a different perspective or to push yourself out of your comfort zone.
During our sessions I will incorporate mindfulness, positive psychology interventions and creative expression tools to help you gain more self-awareness, build your confidence and support you on the way to achieve your dreams.
I am a qualified Strengthscope Practitioner and we can incorporate this strengths measuring psychometric tool into our sessions.
If you are up for it I would like to invite you to take coaching outdoors. Maybe we can paddle up the rive or take a walk in the park. Immersing yourself in nature and changing your natural environment can free up your mind and offer new ideas and insights.
Fee description
Fees:
from $50 USD to $250 USD
My standard fee for a 2-hrs session is £180, however if you need more or less time the fee will be adjusted accordingly.
If you are on a high or low end of income you may wish to consider a sliding scale.
My charges for one hour session equate to your daily income (though no less than £50).
