I am a business owner, wife, mom to 4 children, daughter of aging parents, and active member of my community. I have experienced the difficulties that juggling multiple roles can cause in our lives. In my years as a clinician and coach I have amassed a wealth of resources, creative approaches, and solution-based tools. Together, we will establish proactive plans towards your personal, professional, or healthy living goals. I am excited to partner with you as you develop new ways of experiencing life, achieving personal growth, and meeting milestones.

60 minute private coaching is available through various packages.

Coaching sessions occur through the Zoom platform.  Making accessibility possible from your home, your vacation, or a break at work.

I'm not pushing couses or programs.  Every coaching client gets a unique and personalized experience based on their needs and personal goals.  Group or family coaching is possible upon request.

My background in psychology and assessment lends itself well to helping others understand their personality profile, career attributes, and leadership style. Understanding our strengths and weaknesses allows us to align ourselves with the people, careers, and ideas that build on our strengths and promote the positive in our lives.

The fee fluctuates based on the specific coaching request and need.  Some sessions are more expensive as they require assessments and inventories that are scored and processed by Dr. P. outside of the face-to-face session.  All fees are discussed and agreed upon in advance.
