I’m a certified Happiness Coach and I love what I do. I love helping people overcome negative energy, dig deep and find out what really brings them joy, and enrich their lives with techniques they can use throughout their life.
My philosophies are simple:
1) Life is way too short to spend it being unhappy.
2) Happiness is a choice we make every day.
3) Events are not negative or positive, it’s how we react to events that make them negative or positive.
4) You are amazing.
5) You can’t control the wind, but you can adjust your sails.

My process involves diving deep within yourself to find any negative energies, doubts, roadblocks, and limiting beliefs you may have. I teach you techniques to break through these barriers and learn to choose happiness!

I became a Happiness Coach out of my own need to find happiness for
myself. Having found the happiness I sought by exploring my own blocks, I have a deep understanding of the feelings someone goes through before, during, and after their Happiness Journey. I love helping people. There is so much ugliness and negativity in the world! I feel it is my life's calling to help others find happiness and joy!
