Throughout my life experiences and through helping others, I have developed a strategy on helping people cope with anxiety and stress by using holistic methods such as meditation and mindfulness. I teach positive affirmations for confidence building and transitioning. I know what it's like to transition into a life that's filled with happiness so there can be a proper work life balance.
Through positive affirmations and life coaching, I help clients determine what areas in their life they want to improve. It is psychologically believed that if one area of a person's life is not lived to its full potential, it can affect their performance and balance. I help put everything into place by teaching balance.
I offer 4 sessions a month at an hour a piece. I offer a 3 month package of $500.00 plus tax which includes 4 sessions, an hour each, and allow clients to email me with questions.
I offer coaching sessions virtually or by telephone.
