Through proven steps and strategies, I help identify and overcome limiting beliefs.  In doing so, you become empowered to live the life you have always desired.  A fulfilling life, free from doubt, fear, and anxiety, confident in knowing who you are and knowing exactly what want and are willing to tolerate.

First and foremost is the connection between us.  I believe with a certain level of chemistry and understanding the coaching process flows in a holistic manner, which enables fast, efficient and lasting results

One-on-one coaching sessions are done either in person or via Zoom.  I offer a free intro session to discuss your desired outcome and, most importantly, to see if we are a good match for each other.  I would not want to serve you as a coach if we can not build a connection in the first session as it would mean that I would be wasting your valuable time and money in building rapport.  I firmly believe that there needs to be a certain chemistry between client and coach in order to get the best results in the shortest period of time

Bookings can be done per session or structured as part of my 4, 8, or 12-week programs

Online coaching works on the same principle as private coaching, but is only available via Zoom

Group coaching is packaged as 8-week programs, held once a week and centered around a specific topic such as Warrior Mindset, New You, and Empowered to Rise

In Pain to Power – the rise of the Phoenix I will share more on my life story.  For now, let me say I know what abuse is and I know what it does to a person when you are on the receiving end of it – physical, mental, emotional, sexual.  I know what it is like to go from one co-dependent relationship with a narcissist to the next, sobbing on the bathroom floor at 3 in the morning every time it ends because he is done with his game.  I know what it is like to rather walk out on a job than to stand up for yourself because you hate conflict that much.  I know what it is to not believe a word when people call you confident and strong and beautiful, telling them to stop being patronizing.  I know what it is like to search for your purpose and when it finds you, to refuse it and walk away from it simply because it is too big for you and it can’t possibly be meant for you.  I know……

Through a series of events that started the Universe sort of forced me to accept my purpose.  Surrendering to that purpose and completing my certification as NLP Practitioner and Life Coach was the single biggest series of events in my life. 

Now, imparting this knowledge to others has become more than a distant yearning in my soul. It is now the fire that fuels my purpose!
