Afterwards, I’ll get in touch with you to schedule your initial session and send over my Pre-Discovery Questionnaire. This questionnaire, which you’ll need to fill out and return via email, will help me understand your current situation and your goals. It will also assist me in crafting an effective strategy to help you achieve those goals.
Coaching is not new – it’s founded on human connection and is a teachable skill. Through the facilitative art of empathetic listening and powerful questioning, a coach leverages their advanced knowledge of coaching systems and tools to help develop and carry out a future-focused plan for achieving coachee-led goals.
In essence, coaching is about raising awareness and responsibility for unlocking personal potential and maximising performance against desired focus areas. The coaching relationship is entirely
coachee led – which means the coachee sets the plan, pace and focus. The coach then walks alongside the coachee in their journey, sharing tools, resources and strategies to help them navigate
roadblocks, explore live challenges, and ultimately achieve personal, professional and business goals.

Coaching is not mentoring, training, teaching or consulting. It is also not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental-health care, substance abuse treatment, or any other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals.
While coaching can align with professional guidance in these areas, it is important to understand that the nature and scope of coaching is instead focused on an individual's ability to create and develop their own best practices, connections and resources.
