After becoming a leadership coach, I realized that the successful ways that companies plan to achieve their objectives aren't being used to get the lives we want.
We put so much effort into action planning, measuring progress and staying accountable at work but when it comes to ourselves we simply hope things turn around or think we know what we want but just don't know what steps to take to get there.
With authenticity and a conversational tone I bring this strategic action with a collective approach to coaching clients. I strive to create a safe zone where you feel safe to open up and we can really dive into what you want.
My collective approach: Every aspect of us is intertwined: the balance of work and home, relationships, our passions and responsibilities all influence how we show up every day, no matter what's on the agenda. Finding the balance that works for you, understanding what you want to achieve and how you want to show up for it is key in any challenge or topic I engage in.
With an understanding of how influential our personal and professional lives are on each other, our habits and our choices. I use a collective approach with my clients so they can shift from hoping to get what they want to making it happen.
My style is very conversational, I strive to create a safe space for us all to be authentic and open so coaching is more effective. Personal and professional growth might not always be roses and rainbows but I hope to inspire clients to fuel their motivation to have what they want in work and in life.

I offer 1- hour sessions that can occur for the length and cadence that we explore and agree on. I offer virtual services across Canada.
In addition if you are in the Peterborough area I offer select clients, an in-person session called Walk and Talk on a local trail in the area.
Currently offering virtual meetings via Zoom for coaching sessions.
After a 13+ year career in human resources, I have been involved in strategic planning of vision and objectives, cascading action plans, performance development objectives and planning, progress mapping, etc. Companies invest time, money, and effort into these comprehensive processes because they work towards achieving their ultimate goals.
My perspective is that if companies can see the value of this effort in their organizations, why are we not seeing the value of this approach in what we want in our lives?
I am a mom, business owner, plate spinner, leadership and life coach. I approach coaching with the perspective that effective exploration, goal setting and finding the balance that works for you will get you what you want, along with developing some helpful habits along the way.
Fees: from $125 CAD to $500 CAD
Packages available:
Individual sessions are $125 per session which includes a free 30 min connection call prior to your first session.
3 session packages are $500 which includes a free 30 min connecation call pior to the first session.
If you would prefer to have a longer engagement, we can discuss the details via a discovery call.
