I have over 20 years coaching experience in the professional setting, while teaching, researching and leading teams at universities in the field of mental health and wellbeing and transformational leadership.
I hold degrees in Pscyhobiology and Neuroscience, and in Biocultural Medical Anthropology (PhD). I am a certified coach in Integrated Attachment Theory™, which draws together over a dozen psychological and therapeutic approaches, including CBT, Jungian shadow work, core wound healing and narrative therapy.
Integrated Attachment Theory™ (IAT) coaching is a therapeutic approach to healing relationships. It is not a talking therapy. With IAT™ coaching, you will feel immediate change after each session! You will be empowered to become more aware of your subconscious attachment patterns and to feel more whole, connected and cherished. IAT™ is the only approach that does this! (Learn More).
Using practical tools, you will be supported in transforming your subconscious beliefs, thoughts, emotions and behaviours. At the end of your IAT™ coaching programme, you will feel better equipped to continue the healing process on your own as you improve how you relate to yourself and to other people in the moment.
In our sessions, we will home in on the components of IAT™ you are struggling with most (self-belief, your needs, emotional regulation, healthy boundaries, communication and coping strategies). Together we will decide your final coaching programme, including the goals you want to achieve by the end and the components of IAT™ that will help bring you the most relief.
When we learn deeply about our subconscious attachment patterns—which we do in IAT™—we come to know and express our True Selves.

Coaching programmes are typically 12-weeks. They are $65 per session for individual coaching and $90 for couples coaching.
