Hello, I'm Ericka Delaine-Warner. I offer life and career coaching to help each client set and achieve goals that will have positive effects on their personal lives, careers, and well being.
MY PHILOSOPHY
I believe that happiness is a journey and each person deserves a powerful life that they love. I will be your advocate as you discover and design a life that works and has the freedom, opportunity, and open space to create possibilities.
I have spent my life serving my country and its citizens. My joy is in being there for people when they most need it. I graduated in 2016 with a Master's Degree from American Military University.
I live in Virginia and enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

Life coaching is a synergistic relationship between a life coach and a client designed to bring out your full potential. As your coach, I will be your Motivator, Strategist, and Accountability Partner. I will help you get out of your head and start taking action. My goal is to help you reach your goal in the most efficient, effective, and rewarding way possible.

I believe that life is short and beautiful and opportunities for happiness are everywhere. I help clients appreciate what they have right now, as they take steps towards their desired change. With coaching, you can learn to accept and love yourself unconditionally, exactly as you are, with all your imperfections.
