With a foundation of faith, stoic philosophy & love for leadership, all coaching will be tailored to help you lead your own path. We take every approach to provide the tools to become innovative & motivational individuals, while being coached and mentored.
By identifying strengths & weaknesses, you develop skills, allowing you to gain the confidence both personally and professionally! I am able to give you an unbiased, objective view, without reproach.
The life coach/client relationship is a creative partnership which seeks to:
• Identify, clarify and create a visions of success
• Use coach’s expertise to modify goals as needed
• Encourage self-awareness and assist in modeling these behaviors
• Build and execute an action plan based on what the leader wants to achieve goals, personality and vision
HOW I LIKE TO COACH
We provide the basic tools that maximize an individuals or team’s potential. Coaching and training is a far more potent combination than training alone. Based on certain studies, training alone can increase productivity by 22.4%, but when combined with life coaching, productivity is boosted by 88%. I enjoy one on one coaching to allow for free flowing of infomation and to develop on a personal level.

OFFERINGS
PRIVATE COACHING
All coaching sessions are one on one and conducted via, video/voice call (FaceTime or Google Hangouts) Additionally there will be a daily accountability checkup as well via text or email.

Executive Manager and Military Veteran 14 years of experience in the United States Navy. A Motivated professional with a proven track record of building relationships, managing challenging tasks and coaching individuals to meet or exceed their successes. Possessing a comprehensive background in Human Resources, Project management, Public speaking, training and development derived from conducting domestic and global operations. Skilled in team building and critical decision making, while having the ability to clearly communicate ideas, thoughts, and end results. An extensive knowledge in Operational Planning, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), and Organizational Leadership, business development, recruiting, professional sales and application, facilitation, strategic planning, and risk management.
