When we are born our vital energy is intact. Then, life takes its course and limitations begin to imprint in our bodies and minds, blocking our life energy.
Beliefs, thoughts and emotions can hinder our natural flow of energy. When this happens, we can experience worry, anxiety, lack of enjoyment, lack of confidence, low self-esteem, emotional dependency, isolation, inability to communicate, lack of creativity, lack of intuition, lack of imagination and lack of life purpose.
Ancient spiritual traditions have identified 7 energy centres located along the spine called CHAKRAS.
When our Chakras are balanced, we feel safe, grounded, able to enjoy the pleasures of life, empowered , ready to communicate what is important to us, to create, to have dreams, to learn new things and to live a whole-hearted and happier life.

On line Coaching: 150 euro per hour - 4 sessions: 500 euro
