I specialize in family,relationships, and changing mindset.Additionally, we also explore common life obstacles. Everything is inter-connected and can affect all parts of our lives. In my program we discuss specific goals and actions to get through challenges by changing mindset and using useful coaching tools. We will also address other desires we will discover during the sessions.
We will talk about requests and requirements in your relationship, boundaries, healthy communication, repairing past issues, and learning to recharge as an individual and in your relationships. We will learn to change negative thinking to positive thinking and empower self-identity.
You will be required to do home assignments time to time and you may not hear what you want to hear all the time. But I promise with time and commitment you will get results. I give you support and accountability with check-ins between sessions. Sessions can take place over the phone, email, chat, or video call.

30 day program-$145-This ideal for those are self-motivated and have identified their goals, but need support and accountability
3 month transformation program-$350- This is ideal for someone dealing with multiple concerns and need to define a clear direction.
6 month program-$700- This is a long-term plan for those that have large goals that may need take more time and accountability.
Also available: Check-in and Accountability $90/month- This package is primarily via email or chat. This includes two mini sessions and weekly check-ins
