Growing up I knew I wanted to make a difference in this world. I wanted to help  women achieve their goals and help them heal from the trauma of their past.
​When I became an Ordained Minister, Doctor of Divinity, Healthpreneur and Spiritualpreneur while earning my PhD I knew one day I wanted to help motivate men and women from all walks of life and all backgrounds and I didn't want their lack of income to be a boundary to helping them.
I want all women to know You are Beautiful and You are Loved just the way you are. And if I can make it in this world then so can you. And men you are the great leaders of the world. You can make a difference in the lives of others around you.
Life can be tough and pretty confusing! Let's face it, our bodies aren’t perfect, our children aren’t perfect, our love relationships aren’t perfect, so…
Why does society feel this intense need for everything to be so perfect? It can be stressful trying to keep up with everyone else. That's why we have mentors and coaches! To help us pull things back together when we need a little boost.

We will generally have one lesson or session per week and re-read the support pdf several times and go over what we covered in the previous week and what your next steps are to cover for our next upcoming session or lesson. You may receive homework assignments or free writing so that we can discuss your progress.

PRIVATE COACHING
Together we will look at your life to create a holistic approach towards improvement.
We will explore your core values, beliefs and goals. Before you know it you will find yourself progressing in the areas you struggle with and achieving greater levels of success in areas you already thrive in.
ONLINE COACHING
If you'd rather not do phone sessions, you will have access to online coaching tools through email to help you succeed on your journey toward transformation and personal fulfillment.
Some of these online productivity tools may include keeping  an online journal, goal setting software, fun action items such as time calc. or mindfulness alerts to keep you productive and motivated, and coaching forms or assessments to keep your goals attainable and easily within your reach.
Short courses or group coaching
I know so many people trying to do it all by themselves only to discover that months later they have worn themselves out, depleted their energy, wrecked their adrenals, and are exhausted both mentally and physically. I will be soon providing some fun courses to help teach relaxation and vital steps necessary for proper rest and meditation.
