Greetings, I'm Federica Lazza, an Italian with a passion for guiding individuals on their transformative journeys. Life has taken me on a winding path, filled with significant challenges that led me to a profound realization – talk therapy alone was not enough. I yearned for a holistic approach to well-being, one that delved into the intricate connection between mind, body, emotions and spirit.

In my quest for a more profound understanding, I immersed myself in the wisdom of neuroscience, explored the intricate bond between psychology and spirituality, and was deeply inspired by visionaries such as Nicole LePera, Shauna Shapiro, Gabor Maté, Peter Levine, Bessel van der Kolk, and many others.

My commitment to excellence led me to obtain certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and graduate from the Holistic Coach Training Institute. Through these experiences, I've cultivated a structured, rigorous, and compassionate approach to coaching.

But the journey doesn't stop here. I'm on a path to becoming a Somatic Experiencing practitioner, drawing wisdom from the pioneering work of Peter Levine. This exciting addition to my skill set will further enhance my ability to guide you through the intricate landscape of mind-body connections.
